What Are Practice Sessions?
The CCL Practice Sessions are designed for leaders to engage with current and relevant topics to move their multicultural leadership learning skills forward. The Sessions are also designed for participants to connect with other leaders from around the country and the world who share their desire to grow in the area of multicultural leadership.
These online, topical sessions are led by one of our Culture Coaches in a live setting for 90 minutes. During the Practice Sessions, your Coach will teach on the designated topic and engage with participants during a question and answer period connected to the topic and also address real-time challenges.
Practice Sessions are safe, non-judgmental environments for leaders to learn and not be labeled, in a culturally rich environment.

- Business and Organizational Leaders who want to focus on one skill, do it deeply, and celebrate their results.
- Individuals who are looking to learn and grow in the areas of cultural diversity without the fear of being labeled, judged, or "cancelled."
