With 20+ years of practical experience building multicultural organizations, leaders, and teams, Nikki is a Culture Coach, an artist, a teacher, speaker, and author, helping others engage with one another relationally and across culture lines. Her passion is to see people come to an understanding of one another through healthy dialogue aimed at learning, growing, and remaining human with one another through extraordinary multicultural leadership.
