Multicultural Leadership
  • Establish your foundation of how to build and lead a diverse group of people in your business or organization.
  • Combination of online and in-person training that includes personal insight development, opportunities to practice in a safe, low-risk environment, and a final project at the end.
  • 3-month commitment to the certification beginning with a 2-day in-person launch, followed by 15 weekly, online practice sessions with homework in between.
  • Content includes: Personal Transformation, Building & Leading Diverse Teams, Building & Modernizing Organizational Structures, Develop Courage, Confidence, Communication & Connection to your Vision
  • Financial Investment: $5,000 plus travel.
Cultural Advising
  • Learn what it takes and develop the skills necessary to help other leaders build a healthy multicultural work environment as well as train others in effective multicultural leadership.
  • Combination of online and in-person training that includes personal insight development, opportunities to practice in a safe, low-risk environment, and a final project at the end.
  • 6-month commitment to the certification beginning with a 4-day in-person launch, followed by 5 months of group coaching online.
  • Content includes: Developing A Philosophy of Culture Work, Personal Responsibility & Soul Care as a Leader, Creating Your Own Intellectual Property for Cultural Work, Real-Time Practice Experience & Advising Skills
  • Financial Investment: $10,500 plus travel.
